Monty's Guitars '62 Stratocaster Pickup Set

Monty's Guitars has gained support from numerous professional guitarists, including Pete Townsend of The Who, Ed O'Brien of Radiohead, Mark Knopfler and Tim Piers, who is active as a session guitarist, and offers high-quality handwound pickups!!

The '62 Stratocaster Pickup faithfully reproduces the PU installed in the 1962 Fender Stratocaster, and is a single coil with a soft thickness sound with a mid- and thick, low-end that is slightly brighter than the 1950s.

Like the Monty's '54 Stratocaster Pickup, the potting is only partially applied, so there is no wax in the center of the coil, allowing for a clearer and faster response.

This is a pleasant pick with a mid that clings to the picking, not only is it a clean, moderately glossy sound, but also a dirty, uneven atmosphere that reminds you of the blues rock of the past.

This is recommended for those who like the genres and sound of the blues and rock of the time, combining it with the Stratocaster on the Rose Fingerboard.

*A PU cover in the same white "Parchment" color that gives it a slightly vintage look is included.
