Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

We will provide return instructions and shipping address.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund (excluding original shipping fees).
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll make it right.
