Article 7 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

2. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

3. Even if we are held liable, our liability shall be limited to the direct and actual damages incurred, and the maximum compensation shall be JPY 10,000.

Article 8 (Modifications to the Services)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, with prior notice. In urgent cases, changes may be made without prior notice.

Article 9 (Changes to the Terms)

We may revise these Terms at our discretion. In such cases, the revised Terms will become effective once published on our website, unless otherwise specified.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yokohama District Court or Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
