A lifestyle, not just a product
We’re not just a record store. We’re not just an instrument shop.
We’re building a music lifestyle company—like Nike is to sport, we aim to be for music.
Cooking +MUSIC. Traveling +MUSIC. Loving, living, working, dreaming +MUSIC.
If it moves people, we want music to be part of it.

A global crew, a shared rhythm
Our team of 70 spans 4 continents and speaks countless languages, but we all speak music.
DJs, opera singers, guitarists, sound engineers, track makers, singer-songwriters—many of us are musicians. Some still perform. Others create behind the scenes. All of us believe that music changes lives.
We work from Berlin, Tokyo (Yokohama), Cardiff, London, and Missoula. Our partners are in Seoul, Istanbul, Sydney, Paris, Toronto, Athens and beyond.
Our backgrounds are diverse—but the heartbeat is the same.

Data-driven, heart-led
We use data to guide us, but we never forget the human side of music.
We understand the beauty of a bassline that hits just right, or the emotion in a worn-out record sleeve. That’s why every product, every decision, and every project is approached with both insight and instinct.

Curiosity, growth, and open ears
We’re constantly learning—from each other, from the industry, and from the music itself. Whether you're in the office or working remotely, your ideas matter here. You don’t have to wait for permission. Everyone contributes to the mix.
Got an idea? Let’s hear it. Want to try something wild? Let’s test it. Even if it doesn’t work the first time—we’ll learn, we’ll remix, and we’ll play it again.

We’re building something bigger
If you believe music belongs in every part of life—if you’re driven, creative, and ready to help us shape the future of music culture—we’d love to meet you.
Join us. Let’s make life sound better, together.
