YAMAHA's REVSTAR series is an electric guitar line released by Yamaha in 2015, and is the company's first completely new series in about 20 years.Its design and design philosophy reflects the needs of Japanese cafe racer culture (particularly London's motorcycle culture from the 1960s and 1970s), industrial design, and modern players.

The discontinued model "RS-502" has arrived this time.It weighs 4.14kg.

The RS502 is a mid-sized model in the early series lineup, and is equipped with two P-90-type single coils, and has a unique tenacity and fatty feel.

It features a maple + mahogany body and a rich midrange created by a mahogany neck.Furthermore, the original P-90 type pickup (Alnico V) gives a balanced representation of the clear, exuding sound unique to a single coil and the rich bass range.

This guitar is equipped with a unique feature, a dry switch, which is a passip filter circuit.While maintaining the conventional coil structure, it is possible to naturally cut the bass range.It is ideal for powerfully expressing clean, bright tones and delicate nuances while reducing noise.You can get a natural sound with clear separation of sounds without cutting the low frequencies with an amplifier.

The satin-finished hardware is also equipped with parts that evoke the unique appearance and texture of the bike.Features unique designs such as copper pickguards with a unique texture, aluminum tailpieces, and wraparound bridges.

Not only is it stylish, it also focuses on playability.The back contours are deeply shaved to fit the body, and the elbow contours that are shaved with an exquisite balance fit the player's body firmly, providing comfortable playability even for long live shows.

The newly developed set neck joint allows for a natural feel when playing in high positions, achieving both natural and comfortable playability and high durability.The slightly thick neck features jumbo frets, allowing you to create a powerful sound that is satisfying to play.
