YAMAHA's "REVSTAR" series is an electric guitar line released by Yamaha in 2015, and is the company's first completely new design series in about 20 years.Its design and design philosophy reflect Japanese cafe racer culture (particularly the London bike culture of the 1960s and 70s), industrial design, and the needs of modern players.

The product that has arrived this time is the discontinued model "RS-502".Weight is 4.14kg.

"RS502" is a mid-sized model in the initial lineup of the series, and is equipped with two P-90 type single coils, giving it a unique stickiness and fatness.

It features a maple + mahogany body and a rich midrange produced by the mahogany neck.Furthermore, with the original P-90 type pickup (Alnico V), this model provides a well-balanced expression of the clear and clear sound unique to single coils and the rich bass range.

This guitar has a unique feature: a dry switch, which is a passive filter circuit.It is possible to naturally cut the low frequency range while maintaining the conventional coil structure.Ideal for powerfully expressing clean, bright tones and delicate nuances while reducing noise.You can get a natural sound with clearly separated sounds without cutting the low range with an amplifier.

The satin-finished hardware is also equipped with parts that evoke the bike's unique appearance and texture.Unique specifications such as a copper pickguard with a unique texture, an aluminum tailpiece, and a wraparound bridge.

We are particular about not only stylish design but also playability.The back contour is deeply carved to fit the player's body, and the elbow contour is exquisitely balanced to fit the player's body securely, providing comfortable playability even during long live performances.

The newly developed set neck joint allows for a natural playing feel even when playing in a high position, and combines natural and comfortable playability with high durability.The slightly thick neck features jumbo frets, allowing you to produce a powerful sound that is responsive to playing.
