"417e-R" is an electric acoustic model that uses "Grand Pacific (GP)" size with a larger overall body size and a wider waist, and has a clear and dynamic sound made of rosewood.

After comparing and carefully selecting many high-end models such as the 800 series and 600 series, we selected the 417e-R because we felt that the combination of the GP size, non-cutaway, and traditional wood produced a richer and more balanced sound in the bass range than the GA size, which is popular among Taylors.

Even when compared to 414ce and 314ce, you will be surprised at how completely different the response is.
Of course, in addition to the comfortable playability, the sunburst coloring, which is the charm of the 400 series, is also wonderful.

The newly developed V-Class bracing structure expands the dynamic range and sustain, making it even more expressive.The pickup system is equipped with "ES2 Expression System II".The structure allows the piezo to touch the side of the saddle rather than under the saddle, producing a clear sound with no compression.

The neck has an innovative bolt-on structure for an acoustic guitar, achieving high precision and excellent maintainability.The neck shape, which has a big impact on playability, is also manufactured using computer control to ensure consistent quality.

Spruce and rosewood combine with the 417e-R's Grand Pacific body to create an incredibly powerful and deep acoustic sound.
