Martin DC-15ME 2015
The 2015 model, the DC-15ME, is a relatively rare Martin model, with an all-mahogany structure, cutaway and pickups.
Their most appeal is their warm, rounded, and calm tone, with a natural feeling of compression due to the all-mahogany structure, a pleasant midrange bulging, and a rich bass that is typical of a dreadnought, but they are not too sharp and have a wraparound tone.
It has the speed of rise that is typical of mahogany, and it is versatile enough to be used for both stroke and finger style.
Equipped with the Matrix VT Enhance, a pickup system for high-end models jointly developed by Martin and Fishman.Like the Aura VT Enhance, this is an enhanced transducer attached to the bridge plate, allowing you to blend the piezo sound with the raw body.
Although it is currently out of production, it is an instant film for live performances and recordings.Despite its simple appearance, it is a hidden masterpiece with a deep, warm tone and high playability.
