Our unique Fender Japan store, the ST-62 Sunburst w/ Monty's 62 Stratocaster Set, has been in stock!

This is a single piece of M serial labeled "Made in Japan" and can be seen that it was manufactured by Fujigen Musical Instruments from 1992 to 1993.Because it is manufactured in Japan, it has achieved modern performance performance that can be adapted to a variety of styles, while still maintaining stable quality and high cost performance.

Reproduced from the 1962 version of the classic wood material.The fingerboard is a 21st floor rosewood, and the controls are simple, with 1VOL/2TONE.The tone does not work on the rear.

Our store has replaced the pickups from the original pickups to the "Monty's 62 Stratocaster Set" and we also replace the selector (5way).(Please note that the original is not included.)

"Monty's Guitars" is a high-end pickup brand from London, UK.Founder Matt Gleeson thoroughly analyzes vintage pickups and reconstructs them for modern players, and brings out the best performances across genres.

The "'62 Stratocaster" set is modeled after pickups on classic early '60s Stratocasters that are constantly located in Montees' workshops.This completely recreates the "story of Strat" ​​tone that many people imagine.

These pickups are a little brighter tone than the 1950s models, with solid thickness and strength, and provide a thicker, powerful tone when needed, and are truly a symbol of Strato's uniqueness.
True to the original, the magnets are hand-chamfered by hand, and the original 1962 magnet stagger (height variations) has also been carefully reproduced.

Like old fender pickups, all Monte's Stratocaster pickups only do "partial potting."This releases the central part of the coil and gives a more responsive tone.

It's a straight line focusing on everyone's favorite Strato sound.
