"Slusser Handmade Guitars" is a brand that produces handmade Bigsby custom parts using high quality stainless steel, aluminum, and brass metals in San Luis Obispo, USA.With the belief that "we want to make guitar parts that you can enjoy for a lifetime," we deliver not only improved playability and durability, but also beautiful carved textures.

MION came across Thrasser's products at the NAMM SHOW and decided to handle each part and sell guitars equipped with them that are unique to our store.We will strive to popularize and sell Slasher products in order to pursue a new guitar sound made with carefully selected parts by craftsmen.

"Twizzel Stick Bigsby Handles" is a custom part for Bigsby that makes vibrato operation even more enjoyable with a three-dimensional shape that fits comfortably in your hand with a rolled edge.

The arm is made from 5052 aluminum and is heat treated by our craftsmen after construction.This is a process to give the arm rigidity.It also has a one-time ceramic coating that protects the arm and maintains its luster for a long time.

Screws and nuts are 1/4" x 20 TPI 304 stainless steel.The spacer washer sandwiched between the arm and the existing pivot bushing is also made of 304 stainless steel.Of course, the nut uses a nylon lock type.

The washer is made of bronze material, which is self-lubricating and helps reduce friction.We also use a split lock washer as the spring preload mechanism.This eliminates the vertical wobble that is common with genuine stainless steel arms, and puts pitch control more in the hands of the player.In other words, it is designed to maximize the accuracy of the vibrato arm.

Handcrafted from USA-made aluminum in San Luis Obispo, California.
