GUILD F-30R NT RPS 1982

Guild is an American guitar manufacturer that is known as one of the three major acoustic guitar brands along with Martin Gibson.

The item that has arrived this time is the popular model "F30RNT RPS", which has been a regular model in Indian Rosewood since 1973.The serial number is "GG100200" and it was made in 1982.

There were also Paul Simon models around this time, but this one's position mark dot starts at the 3rd fret despite the RPS notation on the hard case, and the rod cover is plain, so it's probably not a signature.

The top is Sitka spruce, the sides and back are rosewood, and judging from the appearance, the fingerboard and bridge appear to be rosewood.With its distinctive head logo and simple dot inlay, the overall appearance is neither too luxurious nor sarcastic.The string height is currently low, making it easy to play.

The pickguard has a distinctive tortoiseshell pattern, and the pegs are engraved with "Guild".The tone, appearance, and texture of the paint are all appealing, and the use of rosewood makes it a wonderful model with clear, sparkling highs and plump bass.The loudness and power of the sound during chord strokes are as expected, and the separation of the strings is pleasant.When played with your fingers, the sound becomes warmer and has a unique depth.

Personally, I think this guitar is quite nice, and it would probably be very expensive to find a vintage Martin or Gibson guitar of the same level of quality.This guild is definitely a success.
