Established in 1992, Eastman is one of America's largest comprehensive musical instrument manufacturers.They have a particularly good reputation for violins, archtop guitars, and mandolins, and with the addition of "Bourgeois Guitars" under their umbrella, they are working hard to produce products of even higher quality.

This time, we have a semi-acoustic guitar "T-186MX" made in 2008, which has a unique structure and is machined from a single board.It is 3.13 kg.

The "Eastman T186MX" is based on a 16-inch classic thinline hollow body that seems to be based on the ES-330, and is made of solid materials.It has a solid flame maple top, solid mahogany sides, solid mahogany curved back, and has support blocks under the bridge and tailpiece.

The neck is made of mahogany, with a bound 25-inch scale ebony fingerboard, 1.75-inch nut width, 12-inch radius, and Jescar FW47104-P fret wire.The pegs, tune-a-matic style bridge and tailpiece are made by GOTOH.The pickup is equipped with a Kent Armstrong humbucker.(The current model is equipped with a bare-knuckle pickup).
