Yamaha's traditional L sound produced by the original jumbo body.This time, the popular acoustic guitar "LL16D ARE" has arrived!

In March 2014, YAMAHA's L series was fully renewed for the first time in about 10 years, and according to the serial number, this one was manufactured in December 2013 and has the specifications after the renewal, making it an early batch.

Original jumbo body and all-veneer design, with Ingleman spruce for the top and rosewood for the sides and back.Furthermore, the unique A.R.E. (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement) processing that has been used on higher-end models (LL26, LL36, etc.) has been applied, creating a deep sound that sounds like it has been played for many years.

Even more luxurious in terms of decoration.Avalon inlay is applied around the body and rosette, and diamond inlay is used for the position mark.It has an elegant look reminiscent of the higher grade "L36 series".

In terms of structure, the X bracing is the same non-scalloped version as before, but the height and shape have been revised during the renewal to improve the fit and resonance efficiency at the intersection.The neck has evolved from the traditional 3-piece structure to a 5-piece structure that combines mahogany and rosewood, greatly improving rigidity and stability.

Detailed improvements have been made to the playability.The neck is made approximately 1mm thinner at the 10th fret position to improve fingering performance in high positions.Additionally, the rounded edges of the fingerboard provide a smooth grip that feels comfortable in your hand.

Fine adjustments have been made to the string height and pitch between strings, with the 6th string set slightly lower and the 1st string set slightly higher than before.The pitch between the strings has also been widened by 0.3mm, further improving picking comfort.

In addition, the new specifications come standard with a passive pickup.It uses the SRT piezo element used in the APX/CPX series, etc., and has a good response, making it ready for live use.

Furthermore, it is equipped with a double action truss rod that was not present in the early L series.It has a highly stable design that can handle both forward and reverse warping.
