Adopts a basswood body and rosewood fingerboard.A 9.5-inch radius "U"-shaped maple neck with vintage-style frets provides the classic playability unique to the Traditional Series.

The 6-saddle vintage style adjustable floating tremolo bridge and the original pickup ``Vintage-Style Single-Coil Jazzmaster'' selected for this series produce realistic and musical vintage tones.
The narrow nut width makes it easy for Japanese players to play, solid guitar craftsmanship, and a flexible response to player needs are reflected in this series.
