It was 1994, 40 years after the birth of Fender Stratocaster.The anniversary model "40th Anniversary Stratocaster" has arrived, limited to 1,954 units worldwide.It is red and weighs 3.89kg.

The back of the head is marked "1412 of 1954."Originally, this model is a sunburst color, and the joint plate should be a commemorative model with a serial number engraved, but the joint plate is also a four-digit serial plate.The date inside the body has a date of 54 and 1994, so it is likely that the body is original, with a red color refinish and a plate changed.The neck in particular has a strong weather check, giving it a great look.

This classic combination is an ash body that reproduces the specifications of 1954, a maple neck, and a 21st floor maple fingerboard.The fingerboard surface also follows vintage specs, and this model is characterized by the fact that it reproduces the playing feel of the time, such as the 7.25R fingerboard radius and vintage-sized frets.
The controls include a master volume, front tone, center tone, and 5-way selector switch.

The pickup is originally equipped with the original pickup "'54 Strat Single-Coil", but our store has replaced it with the "Monty's Guitars '54 Stratocaster Pickups Parchment."(Please note that the original is not included) Also upgrade the pots, switches and capacitors!They have been changed to CTS, OAK, and Retrovibe Cap F66 respectively.

The '54 Stratocaster' is a model that faithfully reproduces the original set from when Stratocaster pickups were first produced.It has been reborn as a practical field specification.

It has a mid-range character that resembles the telecaster, which is common to excellent mid-50s Stratopics, and adds an exquisite thickness to the rise of the sound that is typical of the maple fingerboard.However, it does not damage clarity or harmonic components.The thickness of the midrange also gives the power to drive the amplifier firmly when needed, creating a thick, clear driving sound along with a vintage feel.

True to the original, these pickups use hand-chamfered magnets, and are precisely reproduced from the 1954 magnet stagger.

Like old fender pickups, all Monte's Stratocaster pickups only do "partial potting."This releases the central part of the coil and gives a more responsive tone.
Not only can you clean tone with a vacuum tube amplifier, but you can also push the volume to make it crunch or overdrive.This model is perfect for combining it with Stratocasters on the maple fingerboard, allowing you to experience the 50s sound.
