The 2005 Custom22 is now in stock, featuring the 20th Anniversary series released to commemorate the 20th anniversary of PRS' founding!The colors are gray or black (it will be written in Grey Black depending on the year), and the neck shape is a pattern (wide fat).

The artist package specification, which was the highest-end artist at the time, except for the highest-end series "Private Stock."Made with beautiful figured maple, which is considered artist grade, and carefully selected mahogany, it outputs an elegant, sweet tone.

It features a 22F East Indian Rosewood fingerboard that shines black.The rainbow-colored Avalon bird inlay, a special truss rod cover with unified gold parts and a 20th logo add even more luxurious feel.

The pickup is equipped with the Gold Covered "DRAGON 2."This is also a popular humbucker, featuring a powerful, high-resolution sound.Push/pull controls on the tone knob allow you to switch between ham and single.

The 20th anniversary models feature the "Birds in Flight Inlay" and "Hacaranda Fingerboard", but other than the truss rod cover, this one is probably just an ordinary custom 22 artist package option, so it's strange that it uses a regular rosewood fingerboard and the bird inlay is also in the usual arrangement.

The Custom 22 combines the unique charms of this model, with its sweet tone of the front pickup that is not found in the Custom 24, the straight tension of the strings due to the stop tailpiece, and the luxurious look that other regular lineups do not have.This is a piece that anyone can recommend without hesitation.
