BOSS DS-1 Distortion 1980 Made in Japan Silver Screw
BOSS DS-1 Distortion 1980 Made in Japan Silver Screw
The DS-1 appeared as BOSS's first distortion in 1978.This is a long-selling model that is loved by many guitarists among the current BOSS compacts. The iconic orange colour and edgy, coarse distortion sound have colored the evolution of rock as a symbol of distortion. The origin of distortion pedals, which has become an icon of compact effects, continues to inspire the inspiration of rock musicians around the world.
This is made in Japan and is made in 1980 with silver screws.
I compared it to the current DS-1, but the tone is clearly different, and the resolution of the Techcraft is higher, and the sound core remains. On the other hand, when passed through, the distortion is quite rough, giving you a moderate amount of distortion. You won't know unless you actually listen to this.
Once you start to try out these old BOSS pedals, you can say you're completely hooked on the swamp. It is one of its representative models.
