Second version of the LP released at the time "American Feeling" was a single (this LP cover design is similar to the single's picture insert). Vinyl the same as the first edition of the album.

Long text on the obi translates as: "The long-awaited second album. Circus are standing on the edge of a new horizon".

Rear of the obi states that purchasers can cut out a coupon, answer a couple of questions about how they heard about the Circus album (e.g. in store, in the music press, radio play), then mail it in to be entered into a draw to win one of 5000 compilation LPs. Closing date 31st August 1979.
