Recorded at the WOR Studios, NYC, on August 9, 1949 (tracks B5, B6), on May 1, 1951 (tracks A4, B3) and on August 14, 1953 (tracks A1 to A3, A5 to B2, B4).Blue labels with black 'b':
- Lower rim states: "...United Artists Records, Inc. ..." (in use from 1973 to 1975).
- Writer credits underneath the titles.
Came with company inner sleeve with small blue notes.
There are copies with a Japanese obi. These copies had been exported to Japan where the obi was added.
