Released in a grey thick cardboard box with art pasted to the front, white letters on the spine, and a Label-545814 obi.Contains a 12-page booklet and two cardboard inner sleeves all featuring the same cover image but differentiated by blue, green, or red highlights. Has black Apple inner sleeves.
This version has "Ⓗ ¥ 4,000" price indicator printed on the inside of the box.
Some copies may have a "¥ 4,400" sticker on the obi covering the actual "¥ 4,000".
