Most likely it's very first Japanese release of 1st album of Arabesque, as song Fly High, Little Butterfly which has been released as 7inch single only on Jan 25, 1979 in Japan, is not mentioned on OBI text at right side here. Besides, Japanese spelling of Fly High, Little Butterfly is wrong like 蝶のように舞いながら on this release on insert and OBI text left side and it was corrected in future copies which got new OBI strip with different band picture and Fly High, Little Butterfly song name is added to OBI text at right side
