Semi-gloss front cover, matte back cover with obi and issued on green A&M labels, released in a single sleeve. Came with a four-page insert with Japanese and English title to songs, Japanese liner notes and lyrics in both English and Japanese.

This is a subsequent Japanese release to Release-5107322. On this release, the list price, ¥2,300, is actually printed on the obi i.e. there is not a ¥2,300 sticker over the old ¥2,000 list price, as seen on some copies of Release-5107322 and unlike the previous release, there is no list price on the back of the sleeve. Also, the runouts are distinctly different compared to this previous release.
