Issued in embossed gatefold sleeve with rounded corners, obi, Japanese lyric/liner-note insert, printed inner sleeve with English lyrics, a billion dollar banknote, and in earliest copies a color poster of Alice.Inner gatefold has die-cut "money holder" on right side that the folded billion-dollar banknote slides under; the left side has the pocket that holds the vinyl/insert/inner sleeve and has a perforated set of cards with images of each band member, live shots, etc. that can be "punched out" of the cover (and are often missing).
