"THE POLICE" on front of cover is smaller (and "flat without shadow") compared to Release-1848113.Also the color of the sleeve is less bright (less orange).
This release also has a different (smaller) OBI.

With special Police labels and "patchwork" inner-sleeve.
Some copies have a round yellow "Best-'81" (Victor/ Kodak) sticker in the upper right corner of the front sleeve.
