All songs written, recorded and produced at Mexican Vampire Studios, Halifax, Canada, except for "Grimey Inks The Moment", which was recorded at Sole and Alias' compound in East Oakland.
Compiled from home recording written between 1996 and 2001.

The track order on the sleeve is incorrect, but is listed in the right order here.

This compilation has tracks from The Psyche Intangible, The Psyche Continuum, Songs I hate, a couple tracks from Sixtoo's self-released Sebutones Psoriasis / Progress cassette (https://www.discogs.com/release/3589333-Sebutones-Sixtoo-Psoriasis-Progress) and one song from Pimpin' Wax. As far as I can tell, No Gimmicks, No Chorus is the only track on this compilation that wasn't released elsewhere. The selections are not chronological or ordered by release, but are randomly mixed from these different releases, as follows:
