Original 1984 FEED112 UK 3-track 12" vinyl single distributed in Japan with the addition of a sticker and insert. Two variations of the sticker (circular and irregular pentagon) are known to exist, and can be found positioned in either the top or bottom right corner. Both include the Mercury Records logo and FEED-112 catalog number. The double-sided insert includes liner notes in Japanese by Reiko Yukawa (December 15, 1984), lyrics to both tracks in English and Japanese, a list of participating artists in katakana, and recording, writing and production credits also in katakana, including a design credit for Peter Blake. Track running times are also included.on labels:
