Comes in a box with a record in cardboard sleeve, a poster of the label image, and a book with all the story lines and actor lines, including many pictures of the movie itself.
The original outer shrink-wrap had a hype sticker (some of which can be found removed from the shrink and re-affixed to the box) which reads:
