Gibson Les Paul Special Faded 2010 Worn Cherry

Released in 1955, the Les Paul Special is based on the Les Paul Junior with a flat mahogany body, but features carefully selected 1950s-style thick mahogany necks, rosewood fingerboards, wraparound bridges, triple Crewson-style white pegs, an additional P90 pickup in the neck position, neck binding, controls for the front pickup, and a 3-way toggle switch.

This time, the "Les Paul Special Faded" is now in stock, a faded version that is easier to pick up by simplifying the binding and painting process.The color is Warn Cherry, made in 2010, and weighs 3.65 kg.

The satin finish gives it a calm and rustic look, and the TOM bridge and stop tailpiece make for a pleasant sound.Most Les Paul Specials have a "vintage" style with a stop bar and bridge, so the combination used for this example is more modern.Of course, you can experience the traditional Les Paul sound with the warm tone and rich overtones of the P90 pickup.The pegs are Kluson type.

The Les Paul Special is used by many guitar and vocal players, including Mr. Motoo Fujiwara of BUMP OF CHICKEN and Mr. Takashi Yamaguchi of Sambo Master, and since it is light, it is perfect for playing chords while singing, and I think it is also very cute for women to carry.The slim taper neck and gentle curve of the body back make it easy to play, making it a high-quality model that is recommended for all guitarists.

This one is about 15 years old, but it's in excellent playing condition, so it's a better value for money than the brand new special, which is too clean!
