Manufactured by MoFI Manufacturing, a division of MFSL, Inc., 105 Morris Street, Sebastopol, CA 98472, under licence from Polygram Special Markets, a division of Polygram Group Distribution, C P 1969. All Rights Reserved.Includes a separate Replica 12-page Booklet that was stapled to the interior Gatefold of Original Versions. There is a slight difference, in that the Original Booklets were numbered including the Outer and Gatefold Inner Sleeves and the Booklet started with page number “4”. For this Mobile Fidelity version, the Booklet starts with page number “2” (No page number was on the Booklet Title Page for either version).
