Comes with limited edition designed obi strip(with 666 on top), a 4 page insert with liner notes by Masa Itoh, monochrome photo discography, the Japanese lyrics transcriptions and details for the Iron Maiden 666 Present Campaign along with square Eddie illustration to cut out for proof of purchase to enter the prize contest.Pages 1 and 4 are color and parallel to the inner sleeve bags of foreign releases, a 4 page Toshiba-EMI Heavy Metal/Hard Rock advertisement booklet and the limited edition only Chrome/Mirror finish Iron Maiden logo sticker sheet.
Only this first pressing comes with the obi with a white box on top announcing アイアン・メイデン666プレゼント!!●詳しくは解説書をお読みください。(Aian meiden 666 purezento! ! ● Kuwashiku wa kaisetsu-sho o o yomi kudasai.) The Iron Maiden 666 Present!! contest was a contest where 666 contestants could win special Iron Maiden related prizes. The instructions were to cut out the little Eddie box on the bottom right of the insert and send it in on a hagaki(Japanese type postcard)with your name and address and phone number with postmark before or on May 31, 1988

The is the last Japanese Iron Maiden album to be released in vinyl format as Japan turned its head towards the booming CD format and didn't sell many copies of this title compared to the their previous albums.
