Repressed with the release's original stampers.
The edges are flat.
The displayed label company address, 117 W. 46th St., N.Y.C. is the original company address. used 1950 to 1961.
The address displayed on the insert is 165 West 46th St., New York, N. Y,,
The later address began appearing in company advertising in February, 1964.
All runouts are etched except the stamped Plastylite Ear and [PB] boxed and stamped.

Liner notes citing recording session took place in May 1944.
