Promo white label release. "見本盤 非売品" sticker on rear sleeve.Japanese edition with gatefold cover. Lyrics sheet written in English, second side in Japanese language. There is one track missing compared to the other worldwide releases; "Escape From The Island", but later it was included on the "KISS Killers" compilation album released 1982 in Japan.
