Japanese import of gatefold USA pressing with 6 page Japanese insert, 8 page USA 12x12 color booklet with visuals and lyrics by Rick, and A&M company sleeve. Some covers will have an obi-like sticker on front.Appears to have been imported into Japan prior to the Japanese pressings being available, married to the Japan-only 6 page insert.
