2nd "EMI Musical Industries Ltd" issue with ￥4,000 price on obi & back cover. Gatefold cover came with obi, red inner sleeves with lyrics in english, 16 page booklet in english & japanese (same front/back cover as the LP), 12 page Beatles Discography 1962-1966, and poster.The words "Mfd. by TOSHIBA MUSICAL INDUSTRIES LTD. in Japan" was printed. Publisher's name and "(P) 196X" statement were printed on the label.
