Notes
Matte gatefold with sky blue obi with dark blue text. Inside the gatefold is attached a 2-page insert with Japanese language liner notes and English lyrics to songs. Also there is an accompanying 8-page colour booklet, which is the same as the original US release.Track times on Japanese insert do not match those in the booklet.
"Live Dates" was recorded during the latter part of June, 1973 at the following venues; Croydon - Fairfield Hall, Newcastle - City Hall, Reading - University, Portsmouth - Guildhall.
