Sides A was cut by Ken Perry, sides 2, 3 & 4 by Wally Traugott as indicated by their etched signatures in the deadwax. Similar to Release-11303862, which had Ken Perry cut sides 1 & 4.

Compilation was auto-coupled for play on an automatic record changer (record 1: sides 1 & 4; record 2: sides 2 & 3).
Gatefold sleeve with reflective foil-laminated heavy cardstock.
