This is a so-called transition pressing from October 1973 or shortly after when "Toshiba Musical Industries Ltd." changed its name to "Toshiba EMI Ltd.".
The photography of the back cover is reversed, Harrison is on the left side, the circle with "but goldies" is on the right side.
Comes with a black paper inner sleeve and a fold-out insert with a liner notes in Japanese and the lyrics in English, with the titles translated to Japanese.
