Comes with obi strip and liner notes/lyrics insert sheet and 4 track 33rpm 7" EPThis is the revised subsequent release with corrected track listing on the sleeve (The Ripper is included as Side A track 4) whereas the initial first release had The Ripper ommited (although on the record and printed everywhere else) and The Green Mananishi was listed as Side A track 4 instead.
