Artist: The John Coltrane Quartet
In the spring of 1960, John Coltrane left the Miles Davis group and formed his own quartet. In 1962, he became a permanent member and led the jazz scene for about four years. This jazz group, which represented the 1960s, was known as the "Golden Quartet."
