Artist: Hank Mobley Quartet

This is the name of the debut quartet album for Blue Note Records in 1955 by Hank Mobley, a tenor saxophonist who epitomized hard bop, backed by Art Blakey, Horace Silver, and Doug Watkins, key members of the Jazz Messengers at the time. It is also his memorable first album as a leader.
