Without obi but with fold out insert(has wrinkles & creases), MASTES SOUND inner sleeve & CBS logo PVC inner sleeve. Sleeve has few wrinkles, vinyl has few hairlines.

With obi and insert. Obi has tear, sleeve has stain, scuff, wrinkle and bumped corner. Insert has stain and wrinkle. Disc has hairline and scratch.
