MION was captivated by its high level of technical ability, which specializes in rewinding and restoring vintage pickups, which are said to be rare in the world.As the first store in Japan to accept orders for and officially sell Monty's pickups, MION will strive to further popularize and sell Monty's products.

The "Retro Wind Stratocaster" set is a model that has the lowest output of Monty's Strat pickups and achieves a balanced musical sound.

When you play a chord, the sound comes together beautifully, with a warm, chime-like high range, and a tight, woody, textured rhythm.The drive is also clear and never harsh.Only partial potting is done to ensure high resolution.

This pickup also works great with modern wiring options.By customizing it by adding series wiring, you can get a thick sound like a humbucker.

Adopts vintage specification cross pushback wire and Forbon flatwork.As standard, the middle pickup is RWRP (reverse winding/reverse magnetic pole), and hum cancellation is possible at the 2nd and 4th positions.You can also specify RWRP for the bridge pickup, making it ideal for those who want to use series blend pot mods.

As standard, there is no step in the pole piece.This is because Monty's believes that flat pole pieces are more suitable for modern guitars.Recommended for those looking for a modern classic with a modern twist on vintage Strat tone.
