MION was captivated by its high level of technical ability, which specializes in rewinding and restoring vintage pickups, which are said to be rare in the world.As the first store in Japan to accept orders for and officially sell Monty's pickups, MION will strive to further popularize and sell Monty's products.

The "Original Bethnal Green PAF Humbucker" set is a model that reproduces the pickup installed in the legendary "Greeny" Les Paul used by Gary Moore and currently owned by Kirk Hammett.This is a special limited model that has been completely reproduced based on the data taken when it was brought to Monty's for maintenance, and will only be produced for a limited time when the materials are available.

It has all the touch, clarity, sweetness and power you've come to expect from a PAF, but is completely unique in terms of design.The bridge pickup has more output than a regular PAF, and has a pronounced midrange character and sharp resonance.

And the real attraction is the famous "out-of-phase" mixed sound.This position opens up unique possibilities for this set and produces deep tones.

Also, like the original PAF, it is not wax potted, so it has a very sensitive and dynamic response.Because the coils are wound with a slight difference in resistance, the high-frequency response is greatly improved.

There is also a little technique to take advantage of the out-of-phase position.To get this tone, you need to set both volume knobs to 10, and as you lower the volume on one of them, the phase will gradually return to normal.

This operation allows you to bring out a wide variety of tones from one set of pickups.A true masterpiece.
