Martin's ``00-17'' was born in 1908 and has become the all-mahogany model known today since 1930.At the time, it was considered a relatively affordable model that even the average person could afford, but it has remained popular for its ease of use and sweet tone, and in recent years it has become popular in the vintage market as a value-for-money model with a small all-mahogany body.

The model that arrived this time is "00-17" made in 1959.

The games from the 1950s and 1960s, which are considered to be the golden era, are particularly highly rated by players.A solid veneer, all mahogany body with simple dot inlays and 14F joints.There are no bindings.The fingerboard is made of Brazilian rosewood (Jacaranda) with a 628mm scale and approximately 41.3mm nut width.The soft V-shaped neck with just the right thickness is also great.

The natural brown color with a satin finish and the cute appearance of the tortoiseshell pickguard have changed over time to give it a stately appearance, giving it a tasteful feel.

The all-mahogany construction provides a warm midrange, soft treble, and firm resonance with delicate nuances suitable for fingerpicking, blues, and folk styles.?It has a mature and rich sound that is unique to vintage.

It seems that some parts such as frets have been replaced, but please note that it is difficult to be certain.It has a very nice woody sound, so if you're looking for a small all-maho acoustic guitar, this is a must-play for you to experience a vintage Martin.
