ESP ECLIPSE S-VIII BRILLIANT -MIXEDMEDIA- (LUNA SEA SUGIZO Signature Model)

On December 24, 2007, LUNA SEA held a one-night-only comeback live at Tokyo Dome after seven years.SUGIZO's signature model "ESP ECLIPSE S-VIII BRILLIANT -MIXEDMEDIA-", which made a shocking debut at that live performance, is now in stock.Purchased in 2011.

What is noteworthy about this model, which has been active since the "GOD BLESS YOU ?One Night Dejavu?" performance, is that it has the same assembly as the Stratocaster, synchronized tremolo, long scale 22 frets, and set neck style.Furthermore, since it no longer uses a lock nut, the head design has been changed to improve tuning stability.

At that time, Mr. SUGIZO hardly used the rear pickup, so he installed a "P-90" type only in the rear, and the controls were simple with a 3-way blade selector, 1 volume, 1 front tone, and 1 center tone.(The toggle switch is a dummy)

The limited edition (limited to 30 pieces) that was sold at the time had a serial number written below the serial number on the back of the head, had the same setup as the original, and was packed with luxurious benefits such as a truss rod cover and strap.This is one that seems to have been produced after that, and the only accessories for this product are the arm, the ESP warranty card from that time, and the ESP soft gig case.(It is highly likely that special certificates etc. are not included with products other than limited editions.)

Mr. SUGIZO has been using the Navigator a lot in recent years, and I think the Brilliant's appearance is the most distinctive and cool of the Signatures, and since the pickup arrangement is very different from the current Brilliant, it definitely has a texture that can only be obtained with this guitar.I would like it to be used by true SLAVE fans who think that the sound and play are the best during One Night Dejavu!A chance to get Sugi-sama's sound from those days at a bargain price.
