The D-45 is the highest-end Martin guitar model, known as the King of Flat Top, which was born in 1933.The original 91 bottles were made over the nine years before the production was discontinued in 1942 due to a material shortage due to war supplies restrictions, making it difficult to even see.It was then reprinted in 1968, and has undergone various changes to the present day, and continues to captivate guitar fans around the world.

The D-45 is made from only the highest grade wood known as the "premium grade" and is produced under strict checks by skilled craftsmen.The basic structure is almost the same as when it was announced.Adirondack spruce is used as the top/bracing material that has a major impact on the sound.It features powerful bass and well-balanced chord resonance.

The sides and back are made of high-quality Indian rosewood selected.Combined with scalloped bracing, it creates a thick, tight bass and powerful sound.

The neck is made of Genuine Mahogany rather than Select Hardwood, and this is also a higher grade wood.The fingerboard and bridge are made of high-class ebony.The gorgeous inlays are clearly visible at a glance, and the more colorful Select Avalon is used.
