"Custom 22" made in 2005, which was part of the "20th Anniversary" series released to commemorate PRS's 20th anniversary, is now in stock!The color is gray/black (depending on the model year, it may be written as Gray Black), and the neck shape is pattern (wide/fat).

Artist package specification, the highest peak at the time, except for the highest series "Private Stock".Using beautiful figured maple that has been judged to be artist grade, and carefully selected mahogany, it outputs an elegant and sweet tone.

Adopts a 22F East Indian rosewood fingerboard that shines black.The iridescent Avalon bird inlay, unified gold parts, and special truss rod cover with the 20th logo further enhance the luxurious feel.

The pickup is equipped with a gold covered "DRAGON 2".This is also a popular humbucker, and is characterized by its powerful, high-resolution sound.A push/pull control on the tone knob allows you to switch between hum and single.

Most of the 20th Anniversary models use ``Birds in Flight inlays'' and ``Jacaranda fingerboards,'' but other than the truss rod cover, this one is probably just a standard Custom 22 artist package option.It's strange that it uses a normal rosewood fingerboard, and the bird inlays are in the normal arrangement.

The Custom 22 has the sweet tone of the front pickup that the Custom 24 does not have, the straight tension feel of the strings due to the stop tailpiece, and a luxurious appearance that is not found in other regular lineups.A book that I can recommend to anyone without hesitation.
