MION brings you a special academy that is only available at the store that is currently employed by Independent Repairman!

The Academy is a newly developed series by Taylor as a beginner-friendly, practical full-size guitar that is designed and designed to prevent beginners from quitting their guitar halfway through.

This "Academy 12 Special Edition by MION" is a special model that has been customized by the Independent Repairman, a company that we work with, and is equipped with the latest "HiFi" (39,600 yen including tax) in the "Academy 12" that is not originally an electric acoustic model, and is a special specification with the latest pickup "HiFi" (39,600 yen including tax) by L.R.Baggs, and the pickguard has been changed to a tortoiseshell pattern and brown color type.

This "HiFi" is completely different from the sound of traditional contact pickups, and when combined with a dedicated high-performance preamp, it also reproduces one of the most natural sounds on the L.R.Baggs.This is an upgrade from the "The Expression System Baby (ES-B)" pickup, which is originally equipped with the electric acoustic camera "12e".

The Academy 12 uses a GC (Grand Concert) shape.Of Taylor's standard body shapes, this is the most compact body size.The biggest feature is the "armrests/armrests" that are designed to provide a comfortable playing experience, reducing the stress of holding the guitar.
Compared to general dolet notes, the scale (string length) is 24-7/8 inches (631.8mm) and is a short scale design, making it easy for beginners to hold the strings.

Although it is an inexpensive model, it uses the same joint system as the higher-end models, so it has high reproducibility of raw sound, and by installing a lightweight pickup like the "HiFi", you can feel the raw sound no matter what environment you play.

Although it is a new guitar, we do not sell it as is from the manufacturer, but our independent repairman has fine-tuned and set up the string height, overall sound, angle, etc., making this a customization that is easy for even those who are trying acoustic instruments for the first time.

In addition to the ease of playing that is unique to the Academy, the professional sound quality that can compete with the 300 series is well-made, and I was very surprised by the natural, beautiful tone that you wouldn't expect from an electric acoustic instrument.
My honest impression when I played it is that it would be the best choice for an electric acoustic guitar priced under 150,000 yen.This is a high-level piece that will immediately become useful from the moment it arrives to the customer.
