The SG was born as the successor to the Gibson Les Paul, and is one of Gibson's classic guitars.It is loved by rock guitarists, mainly for rock guitarists, thanks to its double cutaway, easy-to-play neck and lightweight body.The SG Special debuted in 1961 as a standard student model with two P-90s installed.

This time, we have arrived the Gibson SG special, which is unique to our store, which has been significantly upgraded to the grades of our picks.Made in 2021, weighing 3.12kg.

This model follows the sound and classic design of the old days that have been loved across generations and genres of music.The early '60s style, SG Special recreates the sounds heard on numerous classic rock recordings.

It features a slim tapered mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard, allowing for smooth fingering.It is equipped with a 3-way toggle switch and handwired control using Orange Drop capacitors.

Our store has replaced the pickups from the original Gibson "P-90" with the "Monty's Leviathan P90 Set."(Please note that the original is not included) The wiring material and pot are made from the original orange drop.

The Leviathan P90 Set from the British Monty's Guitars, which offers high-quality handwound pickups, is a pick that combines the power of a high-output humbucker with the unique personality of the upper mid that is unique to the P90.It is particularly excellent for use as a bridge pickup, and when combined with a neck pickup with a reduced output, you can enjoy both a clean, transparent tone and the power to push the amplifier into a natural overdrive with just one switch.

If you place the over-wound pickup directly on the neck, the sound tends to become muffled, so Alnico VI magnet is used for the neck.This keeps the treble edge firmly while maintaining a fat tone.

If you insert the Leviathan set into a fully upgraded tube amp, you're sure to see the ultimate rock sound spread out.

[Appearance and Condition] In addition to dull parts, there are signs of wear, such as scratches, chipping at the corners of the head, and deflection of the pickguard.Due to the change in pickup, we have made counters and pickguards.Other nuts have been corrected.Also, although it is difficult to see in the photo, there are areas on the back that look like red color transfer along the scratches.
