Fender Japan's "Fender Japan Telecaster w/ Monty's Retro Wind", which has been customized only by our store with significantly upgraded hardware such as pickups, is now in stock!

This is a Telecaster with the J serial "Made in Japan" notation, and was manufactured and installed by Fujigen from 1989 to 1990.
Because it is manufactured in Japan, it maintains stable quality and high cost performance, while providing modern performance performance that can be adapted to a variety of styles.

The standard wood material is a maple neck with a thick grip, the fingerboard is maple 21F, and the controls are simple with 1VOL / 1TONE.

And at our store, we have replaced the original pickup with "Monty's Retro Wind Telecaster Raw Nickel Set" and upgraded the selector, pot (CTS 1 MΩ), and capacitor!!

This is a recommended product from Monty's Guitars, a British company that provides high-quality hand-wound pickups and has gained support from many professional guitarists, including The Who's Pete Townshend, Radiohead's Ed O'Brien, Mark Knopfler, and session guitarist Tim Pierce.

"Monty's Retro Wind Telecaster Raw Nickel Set" is a truly "Retrowind" Telecaster pickup that has vintage nuances based on the 1968 Telecaster PU sound, but has been modernized.

It has the twang feel of a Telecaster from the late 1960s, a bright and punchy sound image, and a slightly open sound!!
Similar to the specifications of the pickups at the time, potting is applied only partially, so there is no wax in the center of the coil, allowing for a clearer and more responsive sound.

This is a vintage-style pickup that will make you want to not only play clean tones with a tweed or brown-faced Fender amp, but also push the volume to create a crunch or overdrive.

We are selling new and authorized Monty's Pickups at our store, so please take this opportunity to try out the upgraded Fender Japan that is unique to our store.

[Appearance/Condition] In addition to dullness of parts, there are some signs of use such as scratches and dents.There was a chip on the 15F fingerboard due to a dent, but it did not affect performance.
