The domestic brand "ATELIER Z" (Atelier Z) boasts high technical skill and design excellence. In addition to manufacturing electric basses, they also produce electric guitars, and have now developed into a popular brand trusted by professional artists.

This time we have received the "CUB TRAVELER BASS PASSIVE," an upright bass with a compact body yet acoustic body structure. It weighs 7.2kg.

An upright bass that delivers a deep, rich sound despite its compact body. Currently sold under the name "CUB/travellin'bass (traveler)" with slightly different specifications from this model. This appears to be the older model from before the current naming convention.

Equipped with passive-type pickups and preamp in a compact acoustic body, it reproduces sounds rich with air on stage. Adopting a bolt-on construction makes it ideal for transportation by car or airplane. The controls are simple, featuring only two knobs.

A traveling-friendly style that truly enables the "traveler" concept—this is an upright bass! The dark greenish color is stylish as well.
